The offer and sale of products on our website http://cobicashmere.com are governed by the following Conditions of Sale.

The products purchased on http://cobicashmere.com are sold directly by CO.BI. srl (the Seller) with registered office in Via Milano 91 - 13900 - Biella, CF 02193520026, VAT number 02193520026.

You can request any information through the customer assistance service with the contact form via email.

The Seller offers the products for sale and carries out its e-commerce activity exclusively towards its end users who are "Consumers", with this term we refer to natural persons with purposes not related to their commercial activity.

In consideration of its commercial policy, Co.Bi. srl reserves the right not to process orders received from subjects not considered Consumers and orders that do not comply with our commercial policy.

Contract with the Seller

To conclude the product purchase contract on http://cobicashmere.com, you will need to fill in the order form in electronic format and send it to the Seller electronically following the relative instructions.

Before proceeding with the purchase of the products, we invite you to read the Conditions of Sale and the Conditions of Shipping and Returns.

Before proceeding with the transmission of the order form, we invite you to identify and correct any data entry errors.

The contract is concluded when the Seller receives the order form, after verifying the correctness of the data entered, including making payments by credit card or PayPal.

Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will process the purchase order.

The Seller will not be able to process the purchase order that does not give guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect.

If the products presented on  http: //cobicashmere.com, are not available or on sale at the time the order form is sent, it will be the Seller's responsibility to communicate it as soon as possible and within thirty ( 30) days from the day after the order is sent. In case of sending the order ​e payment of the amount, the Seller will refund.

With the electronic transmission of the order form, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe these conditions of sale.

Products

The products for sale on http://cobicashmere.com are contacts exclusively by the CO.BI brand. Cashmere.

The Seller does not sell used or irregular products.

The images and colors of the products offered for sale may not correspond to the real ones due to the browser and monitor used.

All products come with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal. We ask you not to remove the tag from the purchased products, of which they are an integral part.

The Seller, in case of exercising the right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that do not have the relative tag or that have been altered in their characteristics or that have been damaged.

Payments

To pay the cost of the products and the relative shipping and delivery costs, you can follow the methods indicated in the order form.

In case of payment by credit card, the financial information will be forwarded with encrypted protocol to PayPal or banks and / or financial institutions that provide the related electronic payment services, without third parties having access to them.

This information will not be used by the Seller except to complete the procedures relating to the purchase or to issue refunds in the event of any return of the products.

The prices of the products on sale are expressed in Euros (€).

Any customs duties and other taxes in the case of shipments outside the Italian territory will be charged to the consumer.

Shipping

Co.Bi. srl delivers the products ordered by the Consumer to the address indicated by the same on the order form.

Shipments will be entrusted to GLS and FEDEX express couriers.

The ordered products will be shipped from the headquarters of Co.Bi. srl in Via Milano 91 - 13900 - Biella.

Packaging and shipping procedures take place within 48 hours of receiving the order form and payment confirmation.

Delivery on Italian territory takes place within 72 hours of shipment, the consumer will be sent an email confirming the shipment with the tracking code relating to the shipment.

Right of withdrawal

Orders placed on http://cobicashmere.com are subject to the right of withdrawal.

The consumer has the right to take advantage of the right of withdrawal by sending an e-mail   to the e-mail address info@cobicashmere.com or by using the contact form, indicating the order code and the will to withdraw, within 15 working days of receipt of the products.   The right of withdrawal will not be applied to orders received after more than 15 working days.

The Consumer can proceed with the return after notifying the Seller and having received the confirmation email from the Seller.

The products must be returned in their original conditions, including tags and labels, the product packaging must be the original one and placed inside a protective packaging before shipping it.

The products must not show signs of wear, washing or be damaged.

The conditions of the products will be verified when delivered to the headquarters of Co.Bi. srl., subsequently the Seller will send a communication via e-mail with the confirmation of the check, in case of compliance with the conditions, the information for the reimbursement will be forwarded.

The products must be sent by courier using the waybill that you will receive from the Seller; It is advisable to use a traceable and insured shipping method as the responsibility for loss or damage to the product sent during the return will not be the responsibility of the Seller.

Whatever the payment method used, the refund will be made within 15 working days. The refund will be made after the confirmation of control of the returned products, through a direct refund with the original payment method.

Refunds will be made in Euros (€).

Responsibility

Co.Bi. srl assumes no responsibility for inefficiencies attributed to force majeure, such as strikes, natural unforeseen events and events of an unpredictable nature and not directly attributable to Co.Bi. srl, which prevent all or part of the order from being completed on time.

Co.Bi. srl is not liable for damages deriving from disconnections, interruptions of the site and any loss of data consequently occurring and not attributable to Co.Bi. srl.

Privacy

The data transmitted will be treated in compliance with the laws in force on the protection of privacy. The data will be exclusively to carry out the orders placed by the Consumer, in the case of consent from the Consumer the data can be used for the purpose of providing information on news and any offers relating to the products.

The sending of the data is to be understood as an authorization for the processing of the same in accordance with the law DL 196/2003.

Pursuant to law no. 675 of 31/12/1996, the Consumer allows Co.Bi. srl the collection, storage and processing of the Consumer's personal data. The consumer allows Co.Bi. srl to transmit the data to third parties in case it is necessary or useful for the completion of the order confirmed by the customer.

The customer can request the cancellation or modification of personal data at any time, by communicating it directly to the email info@cobicashmere.com or through the contact form.

Applicable law and dispute resolution

The Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and by the legislative decree 6 September n. 206 on the consumer code, with reference to the regulation of distance contracts and the legislative decree 9 April 2003 n. 70.

In the event of disputes between the Seller and the end user, arising from the conditions of sale, the competent court will be that of Biella.

Intellectual Property Rights

The contents of http://cobicashmere.com such as works, images, photographs, videos, dialogues, logos and any material relating to Co.Bi. srl are protected by copyright  and any other intellectual property right of the Seller. The reproduction, in whole or in part, of the contents of http://cobicashmere.com without the consent of Co.Bi. srl. 

The distinctive signs that distinguish the products sold on http://cobicashmere.com are the property of the Seller, who has the right to exclusively use the trademarks of their respective ownership, any non-compliant or unauthorized use is prohibited and entails legal consequences.
